...something about the holidays reminds me of tony duquette. Here, like designer David Cafiero (whom ive mentioned before) Duquette uses the not so obvious and not so opulent to create spaces that are sometimes more like Matthew Barney instillations than interiors. Found objects painted and laquered, fabric draped and lights abound. It takes all kinds.

hey, i got the email david sent me a week or so ago, was more than flattered to say the least, i emailed him back. I will be on the east coast for the holidays and would love to make a trip to the city if he is available between the 27th and 29th... let me know
